Laura’s Dairy is a small-scale organic farm that produces fresh, raw milk. The farm is located at Orton Bradley Park in Charteris Bay, Canterbury, New Zealand.

We test our milk to a similar standard to pasteurised milk and it’s done every 10 days. We’re proudly a regulated, government verified raw milk producer and with our small herd its easy to ensure quality control. We’re TB free. We love keeping it raw and this is why…

Government Health Warning

Raw milk may contain harmful microorganisms that can cause serious illness. To reduce the risk of illness, raw milk should be heated to at least 70 degrees celsius for one minute. This is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems.
