Laura’s Dairy is a small-scale organic farm that produces fresh, raw milk. The farm is located at Orton Bradley Park in Charteris Bay, Canterbury, New Zealand.
We’re no longer supplying raw drinking milk this season (2018-2019). Watch our facebook page for updates for next season starting October 2019.
We test our milk to a similar standard to pasteurised milk and it’s done every 10 days. We’re proudly a regulated, government verified raw milk producer and with our small herd its easy to ensure quality control. We’re TB free. We love keeping it raw and this is why…
Keeping our calves with their mums, growing food to nourish our community, farming a sense of place. That’s what we’re all about.
We started farming because we love the environment and our place in it. This is what we do to enhance and honour it.
We want the farm to be part of the cultural life of our community. Find out how to become part of Community Supported Agriculture.
